In the first 10 months of 2022, the number of visitors from all around the world to see the Ancient City of Ephesus went up to 1 million 650 thousand. The number of visitors to the ancient city, which hosted 1 million 810 thousand visitors in 2019 before the Covid-19 pandemic, went down to 362 thousand 917 in 2020, and the year 2021’s visitor numbers were 782 thousand 27 people. The number of visitors was approximately 1 million 650 thousand in the first 10 months of this year. The total number at the end of the year 2022 is expected to exceed pre-pandemic numbers.
